Charlie Sheldon serves as an Executive Search Recruiter, where he helps identify and connect candidates with churches and organizations so they can thrive. He brings thoughtful discernment, strategic insight, and deep relational energy to every search.

Charlie’s background includes over five years of youth ministry experience. His passion for investing in people has also led him to roles in customer service, client relations, and working with children with autism. All experiences that sharpened his ability to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and build trust across diverse relationships.

On weekends, Charlie enjoys discovering new restaurants, listening to R&B and indie pop, watching anything on Netflix, and buying things he can’t afford. His passion for the Church is rooted in a personal journey of rediscovering Christ in college, and he is driven by that desire to see others experience an authentic relationship with Jesus.
