Kamia was raised in eastern Florida and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences and an MBA from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Media Arts and Worship from the Houston Campus of Dallas Theological Seminary.  

Kamia comes to Vanderbloemen with 15+ years of professional experience and 20+ years serving the local church.  She spent those years in the Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Music Worship industries with a passion to strengthen teams and influence positive culture.  She is excited to combine her corporate and ministry experiences together to serve the kingdom in a new way at Vanderbloemen.

Kamia is most energized by quality time spent laughing with family/friends, nature walks near water with her “dog-aughter” Dhara, travel, and lots of self-care via quiet time with God, therapy, and spa days at home.
