Crossroads Church has spent more than 25 years pursuing its mission of leading people to transformation through Christ both in its home-base in Mansfield, Ohio, and around the world. Known for its unique blend of both discipleship and outreach, Crossroads has grown from its small foundation into a thriving, multi-campus church hosting thousands of believers. Now, Crossroads is seeking to hire a new Lead Pastor to guide the church into its next season of growth and faithfulness.
This role carries massive responsibility, so the ideal candidate should be a Christ-centered, Spirit-led natural leader. With experience in a multi-site context, strong preaching gifts, and the ability to shepherd both staff and congregation, this candidate should exemplify what Crossroads Church desires for their future.
Strategy and timing
The clock was ticking, and Crossroads Church was more eager than ever to find the Lead Pastor who would guide them into their next season as a church. When they contacted Vanderbloemen and Senior Executive Search Recruiter Tim Gocha was assigned the case, it was a sure thing Crossroads was in good hands.
